We decided to have a days skiing in La Plagne by getting the bubble over from Champagny.  On getting to the top of champagny, it was cold, windy and overcast, and the pistes were like concrete.  We persevered and decided that rather than trying to find nice pistes and snow to ski on, we would see how far we could get - the results are below.  Having looked on the map we travelled 31km as the crow flies (from Meribel to Arc 2000) only about 5km of that was in the car !
